I transferred my team from emerald, beat every generations champion, challenging the Contest Halls of both Hoenn and Sinnoh achieving all gold symbols and medals of the Battle Frontier and battle the PWT, just to trade them back and fight the champion of their native region and earn the time travelers award. What an achievement. Wouldn't you agree.

My thoughts on some of the new Character designs: Steven- He looks pretty cute! ^.^ Wally- OMG! He's SO ADORABLE! =D Maxie- Lookin' cool and calm. Archie- He kinda looks like my uncle, which is a good thing and he looks badass. Zinnia- A new favorite character of mine. I love her black and red eyes and the Mega Anklet was a nice touch. ^.^ Brendan and May-The protagonists always look awesome, especially in remakes! That's pretty much it. There are more which I would like to list but I think I'm good for now.

The 2 blend together so well (the same theme after all) it's hard to hear one over the other, but the one thing I can hear throughout is the old-school RSE trumpets

I remember the first time I fought Steven. I was kinda... stupid back then. Since I had gotten beat by the Elite Four so many times, I was really scared of the final member of the Elite Four. I was entirely unaware that there was a champion. What I had done was gotten my two ace Pokemon to LV 100 (Heracross & Kadabra) before I even attempted it again. I can honestly say I had fun tearing Steven apart with a stag beetle.

By Gen 10, eyes will be bigger than head on Pokémon characters. Probably.

Unlike most people, I first heard the ORAS/RSE Champion theme through Pokemon XD: Gales of Darkness... **sigh** Oh the memories... When I actually got to the champion in ORAS when I first heard this, something felt wrong. Took much longer to realize that RSE Champion Theme was reused in XD.

I remember this song also being in either Colosseum or Gale of Darkness as well. It would've been nice to add that too, but this sounds pretty good.

I wonder how many people will notice the Colosseum + ORAS mashup towards the end of the video :o

When I first played HG/SS, I had no idea Steven was gonna be there. I hadn't gotten to post-game until after I had beaten Omega Ruby, Ruby and Emerald. Man, seeing him was amazing!

They should have done something like this in the games they really should have, the original version and the new one fit perfectly together, 0:41 -0:58 is just godlike. I'v heard many great "Mashups", "Dual Mixes" or whatever you wanna call them but this has to be the best one iv heard so far. You'v definently earned yourself a sub Pokeli :)

Man, i fucking HATED Steven. I have a story when i first got Omega Ruby. So i was at the final door to Steven, No revives left, my only members Sceptile and Latios. every other member of mine was fainted. So i tried SO many times but i couldn't win. so i Asked my sister to help me, and she won for me. Goddamn my luck sucks balls.

RSE Original > ORAS remake, by far. Simplicity is what made Pokemon so unique from all the other creature fighting games; and when it comes to music/themes, game freak's simplistic style fit perfectly for the older games. I tend to question a lot of their music they've developed for the last few newer games. It seems like their lack in simplicity is concerning.... In both music and Pokemon design.
