Graphics were cool, but I missed the Gym Leader Castle, the different kind of cups... the minigames...it's different, for me. They totally should do something like a Pokémon Stadium 3, maybe with the World Tournament too, which is in Pokémon Black 2/White 2. c:

Pokemon stadium 2 make my childhood along with gold and silver so much nostalgic in this game along with the gameboy gold and silver makes me want to cry

I actually liked how the Pokemon cries were in the Pokemon Stadium games. But then in colosseum they were just the cries from the console games...And even in the stadiums if you brought the Pikachu from the yellow it had the voice from the anime.

I never said Colosseum/XD/Battle Revolution are bad games. I just said that the Stadium games are better than them.

They really need to hire Ted Lewis back as the announser. He was awesome in the Pokémon Stadium games.

I have played those three games. If you bothered to look through my channel, you would have seen that I have videos of them. I won't say that the latter three are bad, because they aren't (just like how the other gens aren't bad). I'm saying that they truly have less content than the first two Stadium games due to different things, and no matter how you look at it, that is fact, not opinion.

I loved the dig animation for Steelix.

@koolbreeze232509 I record the games with a DVD recorder. Then I convert them to a WMV file and use Windows Movie Maker to compress the videos if the raw is too big.

What we need is a mix of those 2! A game where you load your Pokemon file or pick rentals; I also loved the battle pass thing from PBR. Then, there's a single player adventure with Shadow Pokemon in it! The perfect Pokemon game!

Yeah, that's true. Their concepts were different, but it wouldn't have hurt to tried to add some aspects of Stadium, like a Gym Leader Castle and Rental Pokémon. Can't complain though, both were great games, and they offered movesets that are still unique in Gen V games.

I love how this pokemon game is old and the pokemon actually hit each other but on the ds and gameboy they dont even touch each other at all...

Even back the Pokemon was hard. I replayed this, and I still lost some battles, even with all the new knowledge I've gained.

I will never look at mud slap the same way again.

Would be neat if Nintendo did a newer version of this game, given the Pokemon world have significantly increased since this game appeared 21 years ago; wow that was such a long time ago.

Yeah, it allows you to transfer Pokemon with the Gamepak. I have Yellow, and the battles were still hard. I'm planning on buying Gold, so it'll be a lot more easier.

Depending on the cup, you can pick any of the rental Pokemon available. No, they don't level up at all, even the Pokemon you use from your Game Boy games.

I personally prefer the Stadium games where it's all battling (and mini-games) through Stadiums and a Gym Leader Castle. Pokémon Colosseum and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness (both of which are for the Gamecube) have a story mode, but its battle mode isn't as big as the Stadium games'. Pokémon Battle Revolution for Wii goes a back to all battling, but barely has much of what the Stadium games had.

Honestly my only problem with the N64 is it's controller design. Don't get me wrong I like the 3 handle design and I think it definitely gave more control options for a single analog stick design, but it is just small enough that my hands don't fit properly between the handles. And the analog stick grinds itself into a fine powder over time.
