I don't think it was intentional. Main characters call a line during their final Pokémon's highest damage STAB move - Oleana says a line before G-Max Malodor, Piers speaks before his Obstagoon uses Throat Chop, Ness before Max Geyser/G-Max Stonesurge, and so on. Bite is the strongest move her Morpeko has, so the line plays for that. If anything, blame the translator.

Every day, while I'm writing, I turn on one of Richard's tunes and just let the RU-vid algorithm sort itself out for a playlist. I loved when she declared me her rival and gave me her league card. As for Hop, I came to respect him when he added Boltund to his team. I've been rocking a boltund since my first Yamper evolved, but his Boltund is a beast. That thing would roar away anything that could threaten it and use bite moves to remove anything that couldn't. He actually managed to threaten my way overleveled team with that dog.
