Love it too, you can always Almost instantly differentiate what gen it is. Only ones i ever get confused are gen 7 and gen 8 but the vast majority of the time they’re very different too
Me too, I easily recognized every single theme but just kept constantly mixing up the names with other cities in the same region, especially with themes from gens 1-3 and it pissed me off a lot lmao
Complete opposite for me lol. I got all of them right and all sinnoh right but gen 1,2 and 7,8 were bunk. None of them right cuz I didn’t play as much. But sinnoh and hoenn will forever be implanted into my brain
@@Puddincess outside of the meme Furret literally has nothing to do with Accumula Town or Unova in general. Don't really know how Furret became associated with it lol.
@@DaSheepKiller Furret isn't even in the B2W2 regional Dex. Whenever I'm thinking of satirical mottos for a city, the one for Accumula Town is always along the lines of: "Welcome to Accumula Town. We don't like the Furret meme. Leave us alone"
I'm deeply ashamed of myself for mistaking Stow-on-Side for someplace in Alola, because I went to Stow-on-Side all the time to talk to the merchant and I love that music.
No matter how many hours I listened to that while trying to hatch shinies, I STILL like that music. There were many hundreds of eggs. And I still enjoy it!
I like that for Unova you chose both generic songs that everybody knows (Accumula/Driftveil) and obscure version exclusives that a lot of people may not even know about (WhiteOpelucid/BlackCity)
How bad is it that I've been playing Pokemon for about 16 years now (I'm 20 years old) and even though I recognized the theme I couldn't remember that it's called Lavender Town 😬
Sameee! Diamond was my first ever game! Plus I guessed every Gen 4 theme correctly within the first 5 seconds (though I mixed up the names and called Celestic Town Solaceon instead)
Man I couldn't decide if that was Petalburg or Rustboro and with like 2 seconds left I decided it was Rustboro just to be instantly ashamed of myself a second later 😅

God damnit, the Lumiose theme tickled my brain in a way that made me suspect i knew it, but it's been so long since i played X/Y that i couldn't place it
As soon as driftveil theme came up i screamed at the top of my lungs. It is my all time favourite pokemon music and it really brings good memories from my gen 5 playthrough. Also, give credits to the person who made the malie theme. Hands down, the best music in gen 7 bc it resembles the johto culture while also being fresh and new like alola does

@@Random_Co_co_nut Sorry, I know you were making a joke. But to be honest, I don't really understand why that meme exists, especially since Furret is a Gen 2 Pokémon. It just seems sort of random to me.
Unmemorable areas? Hell if I missed one from 1-5 but the second that a gen 6-8 started playing, they lost me. I've put thousands of hours into the whole series, including gens 6-8, but if you ask me where one of their songs are from, it won't click, while I can tell you Goldenrod, even after only hearing the HGSS version
As soon as I heard Goldenrod I was like "Goldenrod City. Final choice. I bet all my money on it. I know this" I drove my bike up and down between the daycare and the Radio station so many times daily.
Only one I didn't know was Wyndon because... Galar town/city themes are really boring. All of them are basically the Galar Leitmotiv in a different instrument/arrangement.
BS, Is just two of them that use the motif, the ones that mark the start and finish of the gym chalange, the others are all unique. But based on your comment, i don't think you actually heard them
I got all of them right, but I only knew Black City was Black City because I didn't recognize it since I've never been to Black City. It would have been hilarious if you threw in a town theme from Colosseum or XD to trip us up.
Pokemon music is something I listen to on a daily basis so I'm not surprised I got all of them correct ....Except I confused Laverre City with Snowbelle somehow
No. 20 & 25 Is Unforgettable 😂 I Only Able To Guess 3 Right 🤣 Because Many Of Them I Didn't Remember The Name Of The City But Do Know In Which Area/Gen They were 😂.
I legit do not know any of the city names in gen 6, 7 or 8. I never played gen 6 because my friends told me "why would you finish sun and moon then buy x and y? You're just regressing backwards!" So i didn't buy it, can't Recall the names in gen 7 because they're very strange names to remember and pronounce, and finally gen 8...Never bothered looked at the top left of my screen, I just wanted to catch ALL HALF OF THEM. But I remember all those days of remembering the towns in prior gens and not calling out what they have in them instead... Wonderful memories!

Missed #14 and #23, got rest. For some reason the SwSh town/city themes just feel less memorable, I can barely remember them. The other regions are all pretty memorable though.
Nice idea for quizzes, but it would be more fun with a Millionaire Style pick 4 choices type of quiz because all these madeup towns names are harder to remember than the tune and area. Millionaire style with a host like with the World of Warcraft Neckbeard quizes is really good fun
Sunnyshore, pyrite and fallarbor and goldenrod and blackthorn and mauville will always be my favorites, and also that huge one in hoenn before you have to do all the annoying surfing around
While I wouldn’t remember the names of the city from the top of my head minus the Gold/Silver towns or Lavender Town, it was pretty funny that I was at least able to name which one of the games each of the tunes came from.
Gen 1: nostalgia Gen 2: the chip tune limit Gen 3: H O R N S Gen 4: Jazz Gen 5: fuck it time for synth everywhere Gen 6: what are these towns again? Gen 7: let’s copy Gen 1 with ukeleles Gen 8: let’s copy Gen 1 with bland orchestrals (and then put stow on side in for fun)
