I’m a new sub. Congratz on the SIR. Honestly I have seen a few people open the new set and no one pulled an SIR.

In the second pre-release kit you could have actually played dragapult ex if you were actually doing a pre-release. Because you pulled the dragapult, a Dreepy and you have rare candy in the florges/infernape deck. You probably would have won if this was actually for playing lol

It's really tough to make limited decks out of these sometimes. Doubles of stage 2 like infernape or not matching colors can be a pain. They really need to put in normal colors for the base deck. I'll pass on that and await an event that has packs like back to school or holiday calendar. I think a better idea is to use a league deck and a collector chest, elite trainer boxes (sleeves and counters are easy access there) or booster bundle.

I know what you mean. Pokemon were supposed to look badass. Just look at the 3rd evos for most of the og 151, these new pokemon are cutsie and just dont fit what the series was trying to do. Tatsugiri seems to be the best promo from the 4 available. Im going to my build and battle event tomorrow. I bought the Gardevoir ex deck and im hoping to pickup the last few cards i need for that.

Its not difficult to open [the 40 card deck], it has a small plastic tab that you pull and open the pack easily. Just saying, btw nice opening
