which one do you perfer, r/s/e's version or the oras remix? i like the high and low tune of the original, and it is very catchy and exiting. what i love about oras's remix is the sparkle and percussion

Thanks a lot man!! ^^ Masuda is behind most of the compositions, but his team is just screwing things up. They make the battle themes sound very slow or ''friendly''. If only the team from 2003 came back, it would've made a huge difference ;)
This is just an utter masterpiece! Musically it all lines up perfectly . Tempo is just the right pace . The guitar riffs and Drums just blend to make that nice level of intensity . This is how a Gym Leader battle theme is supposed to sound like! . It supposed to psyche you up for the impending battle and this one hits the mark perfectly !
I would personally love to have a full 6-on-6 fight with the Hoenn Gym Leaders with updated sprites, new pokemon, and all at lv60-70, with a mega evolution in the mix. They should make a game where you have to do a gauntlet of them all before you can even think of doing the elite four

This is near perfect. The only thing that could make it better is at 1:08 if you had some kind of an operatic chant going like 🎵aaaah-ooooh-aaahh-oooohh🎵. That would make it feel that the gods are watching that gym match.
This sounds better than ORAS honestly. It gives me similar vibes to the original RSE even though you're using a different instrumentation, which of course is a good thing!
I usually dont like remixes or remakes. I still prefer the original from RSE over the remakes in further regions, but this is definitely insane. I'd say it's almost as good as the original. Great great work.
