Pokémon X Hardcore Nuzlocke - Dragon Type Only (No Overleveling, No Items) 

Can I beat a Pokemon Hardcore Nuzlocke challenge in X and Y using only Dragon types?
Nuzlocke rules:
Fainted Pokemon must be permanently boxed
Only the first encounter on any given route may be caught (dupes clause)
Hardcore Rules:
No items in battle (only held)
No overleveling past the next gym leader
Viewer Rules:
Nickname all Pokemon
