im total agree with you. Im not fan about people pulling out really fast their packs just to find super rare cards....these peoples are not really fans they just try to find the rarest stuff and scalp other people...I mean its not bad to be interested in the value of these cards which are definitively growing in the upcoming years, BUT i could never understand how a Pokemon fan can not be interested in all the designs of this new sets. All cards received so much treatment love not just the RAREST cards but commons and uncommons have beautiful illustrations !! For me its one of the best series ever !! a wonderful comeback and im so happy Kadabra could be there again ! He took long holidays xD

Great opening dude. I think the main reason that the west doesnt have a issue paying $100-$140 per booster box is because we already pay that for our own booster boxes.

Same for the 1st generation Pokémon, jungle, fossil, and rocket era. Also glad to see Kadabra coming back from a 20year disappearing act

Finally Someone who appreciates the Artworks :D But an honest question: Here in Germany the first few shops are starting to list the german 151 Set. But since we don't get full Displays, it comes down to 6Booster Bundles for ~30€. I mean, thats normal pricing (5€ per Booster) but normally you can at least save a bit of money with buying displays. What's the best way of buying the set for a good price outside of Japan? :D

We’ll America isn’t getting booster boxes. So that’s one reason. We’re only getting a booster bundle which is 6 packs only. And most places even online limit this. So it is what it is. Hard to complete a whole set when you are limited

FYI, Gamestop in-store only are accepting (while supplies last) starting Friday, 16th of June preorders for the UPC 151 (max of 4) at $5 per preorder. The $5 is refundable, but it will count towards the MSRP charge of $119.99 per UPC. In addition, on October 6th (For Gamestop) you can go in-store to buy your preorders you reserve and either pay cash or use your card. They will hold your reservation starting the 6th for 48 hours. Hope this info helps. Smart move by GS to not advertise this on their site as you must make your reservation in person. Don't pay scalper prices! Cop the W! Good luck all! LFG!

Yeah I was shocked to find out the price of these in Japan compared to what I was seeing online. I may just wait for the English set, or order from Japan via a shipper. I'd rather pay £20-30 shipping on a £40 box than. £130-£160. Yes!! I've seen some going for £160!!😅

i think after you're opening your 10th box, i can understand people just going through the pack and straight to where the hit should be.

Why is the back of the card different than usual?

If the boxes for Pokémon is so much why don’t the prices for the singles go up it only makes sense?

It honestly sounds like this man has never sent something to PSA that snorlax is easily a 10. I have had 1 japan card come back as a 9. All other cards came back a 10.
