The nostalgia is getting to me! I remember spending so many hours in just this city. For a game that had the least amount of content post game, I logged in so many hours into it. It's for sure, my most played Pokemon game. I remember learning about the meta at this time too, it was soo complicated for my 11 year old mind.

@ThePlatypusAgent No, you're right, it wasn't all around bad, but I still don't think I'll be paying 60 bucks for the next Pokemon game that comes out. My favourite was Hoenn... But my little sister kept deleting my save files. I've only ever got Kyogre to level 100 2 times.

One of my favorite town themes in all of gen 5. To me, it gives you that feel that you're not some punk from Accumula Town anymore. Now you're a fuckin' big shot, going up against the higher-ups in all of Unova, well on your way to the infamous Elite Four.

Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like the music in Castelia. The fact that I got lost in that city during my first playthrough and had to hear that song over and over again didn't help.

@ThePlatypusAgent A bit OTT. I mean, the the modern stuff was KINDA cool, but pokemon isn't the same any more. I've played most of the games, and I've noticed every time it gets easier and more childish. The first ones seemed to be aimed at teens, around-about, but this one is for like six year old, and I'm disappointed in ALL game makers for encouraging so many little kids to play games. I mean, 5 year old with laptops? Last year an 8 year old made it into the top 50 for best at street fighter.

I personally had severe disliking for this pokemon game, but there are certain elements in it which I did enjoy. This song, is amazing The new gyms were well thought out (except for nimbasa and the first one) Victory Road (in other games, I would stop playing there, or just no-clip to the end) It's happy song.

they could've included the gambling bits but it would've made the rating of the game go up (it wouldn't have been E and thus wouldn't have created as much revenue) the fact that gambling is looked down upon has nothing to do with it

The first time I heard this I honestly thought they stole the entire idea of the sound from Megaman X. And seriously, tell me it couldn't have been in X. There's an 8-bit remix on RU-vid somewhere that sounds like it's from the classic Megaman series too.

Pokemon has always been for the six-year olds. Just look at Team Rocket, a team of gangsters who act like twelve-year olds and use whips instead of guns. Of course, that shouldn't stop other people from enjoying the games.

Well some countries don't allow gambling in video games. in the UK version of Heart Gold and Soul Sliver it didn't have the game corner. So not adding the corner in Black and White was more likely then just adding it to one or 2 versions of the games

The only changes made regarding the Game Corner in non-Japanese releases was the games in the actual game corner In Japan there were the original games found in the Gold/Silver versions but everywhere else those games were replaced by Voltorb Flip The Game Corner exists in every copy of Heartgold/Soulsilver

I love Nimbasa city 'cause there so much to do here, you got the musical, the stadium, the subway thingy and the theme park. Elesa's gym is cool to, i like that it is a roller coaster. ALSO JAZZ!!!!!!

Oh, don't get me wrong, there is no problem with kids playing video games, I just think that parents are too lenient with what they allow their kids with. Like, encouraging a game like Pokemon isn't good, with the not too subtle sex jokes. Go away children, go play Sesame Street and learn to count to ten.
