Well here my thoughts on that idea of a huge map combining all of the regions. The game can start by having the players choose which regions they want to start in within customization of the characters. With this idea the player would play a storyline that kind of a continuation of that region instead of a remake. It will have a lot of the og characters from that storyline to give it that nostalgia feel for the game with new ones to add more interest. As the story plays out the big bad from that region will be making plots (Easter egg plots) behind the scenes that create mystery on what’s going on. After completing the main story in the respectable region defeating the gyms, and elite four and big bad in the other regions and now open up and the player can do side missions that would includes battling other gyms, elite four members and their big bads. Legendary pokemon would be catchable and not shiny lock (hopefully) and more content will be available. DLC ideas would be the world championship where the best of the best come to battle which will includes a new mysterious character. Pt 2 of the dlc should be about the big bads joining forces (like a legion of doom) under another mysterious character that not revealed yet. After playing the DLC the player character is revealed that the mysterious champion that was in part one of the dlc is the master mind of the legion of doom to summon arcus (which this game will have a new form for the this Mon that looks like standing upright with rings floating symbolizing its thousand arms) this character summon arcus to take over the Pokemon world to create it in his own image, a world where he never lost his parents that faith day. After completing that dlc pt 3 would be a celebi like even where you team up with a crew of your new friends to go back in time, but you see evens that happen in the past to see what happen to the mysteries character parents. The game would basically play like a detective mode where you have to go back in time for hints to reveal where the parents have been all these years. Trapped in a time space wormhole that can only be reached with the help of celebi. Well that how I would have made the game.

A Pokémon game with all regions would be amazing! I would like to see following Pokemon, traveling companions, a Trainer level up system, different Trainer classes where your Trainer classes affect the gameplay such as being a Pokémon Breeder class allowing you to hatch Pokemon eggs faste, being a Pokemon Professor allowing you encounter rare Pokemon easily, choosing different career paths such as Pokemon Trainer, Pokemon Breeder, Pokemon Professor or Pokemon Coordinator, new villainous teams in each region, social links similar to the Persona series, romance options such as having a girlfriend or boyfriend, limitless customization options, Pokemon League Conferences just like the Pokemon Anime and the ability to recruit new traveling companions in each region.

A Pokémon game with all regions would be amazing! A good way to fix the issue of battles becoming to easy through going through multiple regions is you being only allowed to take your starter Pokemon through different regions and you have to build a new team in every region you travel to. Game Freak and The Pokemon Company could also expand the leveling system from 100 to 1,000. For this type of Pokemon game with all regions you could have two traveling companions that accompany you on your journey just like Ash in the Pokemon Anime with Brock and Misty. I would also say that starter Pokemon should be catchable in the wild just like in the Pokemon Anime. For a Pokemon game with all regions you should be able to choose to become a Pokemon Trainer, Pokemon Breeder, Pokemon Coordinator or Pokemon Professor and in each Pokemon League there should be a Pokemon League Conference just like the Pokemon Anime.

I would want: All gym leaders, all elite 4, every region scaling with current badges/team, freely go to any region and do any badges in ANY order, 64 PC Boxes or more or have pc computers in every region specific to that region but also have the Rotom Phone for our personal boxes that are accessible anywhere, every pokemon that's ever existed catchable including uniques like spiky eared pichu, mythicals, that one dress up pikachu, every gimmick but only usable in the regions they exist in, could have rainbow rocket thing where every villain won and have fully trained teams as their each region's final boss, every MC from each game are secret bosses like Red in G/S/C/Hg/Ss, and to keep the game smooth just have transition screens between regions so it isn't a giant lagfest like S/V. And it'll need an option for more than 4 player online since it's such a huge game. Have it be singleplayer, local multiplayer and online so anyone can have fun with it. Maybe introduce the region Ogerpon and her partner are from if it's not a region that already is known. And also all the anime exclusive stuff can be here too, and we gotta have references to ash...we gotta...

Nah, just make the gym leaders endgame content with proper, powerful, setups. Let players free roam through everything, catch whatever they want, and face gym leaders whenever they feel prepared.

I think they have all the gyms all of them and you beat 8 guns than elite four than move to the next region and you have to leave all your Pokémon in that region before moving on and keep it like that until the end and then have a huge post game make open world especially cause in the endgame it’s gotta be crazy!! And pick where you start and which one will you go to next or have special settings to play all sorts of ways or ya maybe the game has level caps? With the last 2 regions you choose be lvl 100 start to finish? I don’t really like that one? But ya I love the idea and I think about it a lot but Therese so many different ways people like to play Pokémon haha Or even have different game modes? Like a traditional mode which would be what I just described and than a balanced mode with a game per region? Also I LOOOVE A LONG STORY AND POKÉMON SEEMS SHORT IN YHAT REGARD whoops caps lock my bad haha anyway love the vid!!!

Think of how swsh and scarvio shows a proof of concept that you can make multiple regions. Imagine you pick one (any) region as your start from. You work throught the championship then start touring as a champ. Replay would be high (picking another region to start). Even as a mmo it could work considering the size of player base.

5:53 na bro it's easy. Make each region separate until you become the champion of that region then that region becomes completely open. So when you start a region you would start it like any other Pokemon game and play thru like normal but if you have access to other regions you could say have a spot in the pokemon centers where you deposit all your Pokemon and fly to another region where you can continue or start that journey and if that region is open you wouldn't have to deposit your Pokemon and the pokemon centers storages would be added to the total ones available. That way there is no problem with flying or getting between regions and you don't need fast travel and there's no level problems.

My man do you want a run of the mill pokemon game I put 200 hours in ruby sapphire and emerald each on top of 100+ hours in leaf green. I want a pokemon game that I never need to purchase a new game but a dlc with a new games content worth of things to do

Maybe you level up your trainer instead of or in addition to your Pokémon and trainer classes can come into play Like if you are a swimmer you can level water types faster or a breeder making it so you hatch and make eggs faster. Or make u learn these “skills” from respect trainer class. Also you could pick in what region u start and go from their fix some things in it and the choose the order of regions to go through or just be allowed to roam around the regions

Perhaps there still is eight gyms per region, but maybe they're much easier than in past games?? I think the world championship would be interesting though.

The only pokemon level mechanic i can think for different region is reset to level five. You can only have one pokemon as stater and each gym badge unlock certain level pokemon on pc. Imagine your stater for multiple region is pikachu at level 5 with thunder, thunderbolt, iron tail and quick attack

well how about continuing like sv and for school research you travel to different region with the area zero crew and stuff like that like gym leaders and e4 members being like a postgame rematch and you battle them just for fun but your main purpose is to find hints and catch the legend of that region also hopefully create new areas in the existing region for their mythical pokemon encouters as well , after completing the national dex you can like go to the spear pillar to battle and catch arceus maybe with the time machine in area zero lab you can even travel back to past for hisui and the ancient paradox and future paradox regions etc

The original idea for Pokemon 2 was to combine Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh regions into one Japanese island before it became Gold and Silver and left only Kanto and Johto.

All they would have to do is make it to where you start each region fresh and can't bring over other Pokemon until you beat the elite 4. That's pretty simple to me. Why can't anyone think of this? That way they could make each region one at a time as well so they could start with the 10th gen and add whatever region they want (or we could vote on which order to get them to make it fun) one at a time and they could even make you pay for each region so they can corporately justify making that large of a game rather than 10 individual games.

If they make a game with all the regions would they have to bring back all the gimmicks? Like Mega for Kalos, Z moves for alola, Dynamax/Gmax for Galar, etc.

They can do like they did with SV jus add DLC but fill out each map. Lvl scaling. Could change teams based on lvl. Maybe like two teams for trainers first stages and later evolutions. Seperate the story completely from the gyms and side missions and stuff like that. I should be able to veat the story with out doin the other stuff. Itll give more life to the game.

It would be very interesting where would you start or can you use the train to unlock a region that you can choose. And the level scaling would be of the wall. But i can see nintendo sell it as dlc and take the same route as mario kart 8.

Well first sir we have far surpass 10 canonical regions. Of course there is the commonly considered Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, Galar, and Paldea. However, in addition to this there is region of Kitakami which we have only seen a single town of in Mossui Town. We still have the rest of that region to explore and it likely has a Pokemon League of its own considering it is directly in between Kanto, Johto, and Sinnoh... it is also likely the region the Sinjoh ruins are actually in. Then you have the Orre region that has been made canon in various ways. Then you have Fiore, Almia, and Oblivia from the Ranger Titles. Then there is the extremely loose Lental region from New Pokemon Snap... it is lose because it is basically a chain of character connection that more likely leads back to the anime as opposed to the games version fo Professor Oak. Especially given Todd appears in the anime, but not any mainline game. Granted ti could just be Todds game counter part since TPCi loves to make every character have three versions of itself. Anime, Game, Manga. Of course for any Pokemon World game I would personally want to include every region shown to be on a version of the Pokearth where that be Anime or Manga.. Though I think the only regions this would further include is the Orange Archepelago and Decolore Islands. As things like Rota, the Mirage Kingdom, Lucario Kingdom, etc exist within canon regions. So in total there are 13-14 canonical game regions with an additional 2 from anime. Yes, I know there are other Regions in Pokemon games, but they are distinctly not meant to be on the Pokearth or are purposely non-canon. Mainly the Ransei region of Conquest, Pasio region of Masters EX, Ferrum region of Pokken, Carmonte Isalnd of Duel, Aeos Island of Unite, and the Holon region of the TCG. As for Tumblecube Island and the Mystery Dungeon world... well they are distinctly different worlds. ... I forgot what the second thing was.

Definitely a hard disagree with the needing to change the formula. At that point there would be no reason to have multiple different regions if you were still just going to have the same number of bosses to fight. Yeah take on each region, sure you could argue it would just be a stop, but the game could enforce an Ash (which they did in the indigo disk) and force you to start over again. You can't use Pokemon you caught outside off the region for your gym challenge. Any Pokemon World game would have to go on for a long time. Heck people regular put in 500+ hours in the games we currently get. Let alone one that incompasus every region. To be honest outside of the time it would take to make it this thing it isn't that hard of a thing. The difference between it and normal Pokemon game would simple be choosing the region you start in, being able to travel to different regions after completing the previous one, having to start all over again like Ash in each region so you'd have to make a new team (you are able to bring one low level Pokemon that is shared between the region because it doesn't make sense you would get a new starter, nor does it make sense you would go to a new region with no Pokemon at all), and include online battling and contest. I think the biggest aspect would be what the story in each region would be outside the gym challenge as each region would have to be in its post-mainline game state. After Red took down Rocket, after Ethan stopped their return, after May stopped Magma and Aqua and stopped the meteor from hitting the planet, after Dawn stopped Cyrus from reoriginating everything, After Hilbert took on N and Nate beat Ghetsis, After Serena stopped the second firing of the ultimate weapon, after Elio dealt with Aether and Rainbow Rocket, after Gloria stopped the darkest day from happening again, and after Juliana or Florian (Leaning towards Florian here because the interaction and story make more sense with a male protag here then female, but of course nothing canon yet... come on Masters EX tell us which of these two are the protag!) stopped Terapagos from going haywire and continued the cycle into the next timeline over. Like a fullthird to half the game story would have to be written and in a way that wouldn't conflict with future generations of the game... which is incredible tricky.

Kanto-Galar would work. Paldea just does not belong to the francise anymore for 3 reasons (in my opinion): Firstly, because the francise stopped after Ash became the world champion. Secondly, World championship is on Galar regions. Thirdly and the most important, NOT MANY CARES about Paldean region pokemons!

Nope hogwarts is not it , from all the open world games with side quests , hogwarts have been the my least favorite to the point that they were the main reason I actually stop playing the game and never finished it and if you want to take an open world game to use as an example they should use breath of the wild , elden ring or tears of the kingdom, they should steer away as far as possible from hogwarts
