Just a tip: You should watch the circle while you are holding down the pokeball, and the smaller it gets the easier it is to catch the pokemon

Only if you hit the pokemon within the circle, if you hit it outside the circle then it's bad.

thats not true, the circle gets smaller and if you it the circle the smaller it is the easier it is to catch. You have to hit inside the circle for it to make a difference. Also the colour of the circle means how easy/hard it is to catch

Pro tip(s) wait till the green/yellow/red line gets smaller it give you s better chance at catching the Pokemon also when looking for a Pokemon select it in the bottom right and turn the map when you see green beam thing that's the direction of the Pokemon. Gotta catch em all!!
