Imagine a Kyogre following you all day in a huge city and the people thinking "Just a 10 year old trainer who caught a Kyogre. Move along"

Knowing that internet capabilities were shut down for Heartgold and Soulsilver leaves an empty feeling inside to be honest. Now it's much harder to catch Rayquaza in those games. I'll remember that once I get Soulsilver

Really wish they would bring back letting the first pokemon in your party follow you in the overworld. That was one of my favorite features in SoulSilver. It added an extra layer to the game's immersion.

It's amazing how much they put into these games' code. I can't recall any other pokemon game that has this many legendaries you can catch naturally, not even Platinum. RIP Iwata. You helped make my favorite Pokemon game possible.

I miss these games. They need to do a remake of this for 3ds soon

You forgot the one where you get either Dialga or Palkia or Giratina. If i'm not mistaken you need an Arceus to choose them. Go to the Ruins of Alph and find the house where an old man asks about your arceus. He'll take you to the unown place which you'll be teleported to the sinjoh ruins. Follow that hiker dude and Cynthia will be there. Talk to her and she'll take you to the summoning area. All of the legendaries will be lvl 1 :)

I played Pokemon HeartGold when I was young, defeated the indigo league but never knew I can go to Kanto (didnt even what it was before) nor catching legendary pokemon. The last moment I played, I caught Articuno. It feels so good to see what I played before.

I've got over 300 hours in Heartgold, but I was like 8 when I quit playing, I didn't even bother catching all the legendaries, gonna do that now 8 years later

Guys plz halp I'm in Soul Silver and I've caught Groudon and was traded a Kyogre but when I go to talk to Oak he just says to get Kyogre and bring it to him even though I already have it. I don't know what to do to get the Jade orb 0.0 plz halp

Big fish that controls the weather, turns into small little fish when you ride it.

You can also trade Kyogre/Groudon from your old Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald games via the Pal Park using only one DS. It's a one-way transfer. Actually by that logic you could even transfer Raquazza... then you'd have two! Also you sounded so sad when you said the events were long gone... I just wanted to give you a hug!

Best way to find Entei and Raikou in Johto, I've found, is alternating between the two areas just before Ecruteak City, routes 36 and 37. That way you basically double the chance of finding them than entering and exiting Goldenrod City. Just... thought I'd throw that out there.

Guys is a good tip to catch both entei and raikou is 1st to weaken it with any pokemon and use thunderwave on both of them After they got weakened catch a golbat that have meanlock but most importantly is to use a high level one and teach it taunt which can be either bought or given to you in the game to counter roar they wont have any chance to escape because you used mean lock and taunt to shut down their escape

i have a question.... to get rayquaza, do you need to have groudon and kyogre in your party, just have them caught, or do you just need them in the pokedex?

I remember back in the day where legendaries were actually hard to obtain and required multiple steps to unlock. These days they’re just given to you easily with very little struggle when trying to capture them.
