I'm replaying Heartgold and Soulsilver doing the cute charm glitch with Jigglypuff for lots of shiny Pokemon (right timing reset with date and clock in DS setting), this video guide is helpful!
jus get it on eBay, you're gonna have to pay a little more. I bought a soul silver ab a year ago for 80. Also, gonna wanna make sure it's legit if you want to trade mons to other games.
I would of definitely preferred this being remade for switch than another diamond and pearl 😩 I would of loved a crystal version remake even more!!! The johto region is my favorite 😩👏
35:39 Okay, you must’ve had some absolutely insane luck that you managed to not only catch a Metang of all things in the Safari Zone of all places but also on your very first ball. Seriously, how did you do that? The Beldum line have some of the lowest catch rates of all Pokémon and you managed to capture a Metang with such ease. I myself wasted all 30 Safari Balls on a single Metang that for some reason never fled and couldn’t even come close to catching it.
I was playing volt white 2 and I failed catching like 3 metangs in a row after false swiping them all the way down to 1 hp and throwing like 20 ultra balls at each 💀
@@yaboicaden200 at least you’re able to slightly increase your chances by lowering their HP. You can’t do that in the Safari Zone, which makes capturing a Metang in there the ultimate challenge.
@@Laserbeak316 yeah the catch in this video was just complete luck. I eventually gave up on metang he's not worth it anyways I need other pokemon more for the elite four. Plus I already have a ton of really cool guys in that game like charizard, sceptile, empoleon, garchomp, a really good starmie, samurrott, and a cool walrein. Plus a puritar and shelgon that are close to evolving, I'm also now looking for a good sneasel since weavile is gonna be great in the elite four.
@@Laserbeak316 I know it's random but volt white 2 is the best pokemom game I've played heartgold and soulsilver are easily the best of all the legit games though
Since my girlfriend has zero interest I’m just going to tell y’all I’m about to restart soul silver My team is Totodile - Kuroko Bagon - kaidra Charmander - Smaug Areodactyl - ghidra Anorith - kaiskorpio Mudkip - sapphire Bit of a mad team I’ve got 3 ds’s I use to trade between ss platinum and diamond also bring Pokémon from sapphire and fire red via pal park
This is a little late, but there is a way to skip the 100 day wait, though the method is pretty annoying. You need to save, then go to settings and change the time 23:59(11:59 pm). Then you open your game and wait till 00:01(12:01 am) and then you save and keep repeating this process. It's crucial to note that you wait till 00:01, otherwise the game will basically recognize that you're trying to skip it and it won't consider the day to be over. A good way to keep track is to save near a berry tree, as you also get the added benefit of getting extra pokeballs. Also, keep in mind that these Pokemon usually have extremely low encounter rates, so it may seem like the method isn't working, but as long as you follow the instructions properly, you'll find the Pokemon sooner or later.
@@karmakelsang5240 I’ve got a question for this… couldn’t you just have the time of day be any time and not 11:59 to 12:01, as long as you do a few minutes every day when you open the game? Because I wouldn’t have my 3DS on at the time of day anyway, for the most part… even if I legit waited the stupid 100 days. I’m not being smart or anything, I’m genuinely curious.
@@cheetahinireland18 I've never tried the method you mentioned, so I can't say for sure whether or not it works. Though, in theory, it should work as long as 100 days pass after the placement of the blocks.
So when he got the base form of the Pokémon and went into the safari zone do you have to do that step or can you just go and get it without doing anything before?
@@kars5820 really? Cuz I placed out all the necessary objects and I was able to find Gible about 5 minutes later. It was rare to find, but I didn’t have to over wait 3 months to find one. And I didn’t manipulate the date/time on my DS either.
