Always wished they would of updated this game more. Imagine if there was an area in the sky above the volcano after beating the game. Though still got a few more requests to do before I can get the glitch
Thanks a bunch for this. I found an efficient process, although it may be due to the fact that I simply had a bunch of extra alphas. If you release 30 alpha pokemon, you'll get 30 grit rocks. Using the duping process will get you 900 grit rocks by releasing one box of spares, which equates to just under 3 Million. 30 alphas and two full boxes of spares gets you nearly to the cap of 2,000 grit rocks and will net you just under 6 Million. Not sure how long it would take to collect 30 alphas but if you keep a box dedicated to them you'll always have this method available.
It worked. The variable : Sometime when you release a Single pokemon, it wont give you anything so the glitch doesn't apply. It is not about the pokemon/stage of evolution but more about LEVELS. The weaker the pokemon is the less chance you get anything out of him when you release it. To make sure you always get something, catch pokemons around level 25/30.
This comment helps alot. If you use a pokemon that is low level, the chances of the glitch working decreases. In my case, I used a level 8 pichu. I was so confused why it didnt work. Thankfully, this comment let me understand my mistake.
@@jarencetan7553 I'm glad I could help yall ! Also, even tho it hurts to do so, throwing very high tier monsters (Baron high levels) increases the looting by a decent margin'. You should at least release 5/10 barons monsters and then release all the smaller, easier to catch monsters. Do it at the end of the release streak ! And careful not to release shiny monsters !
in the midst of shiny hunting this game still this glitch helped a ton with easy money, first time trying it and worked perfectly on the first attempt following these steps
Found a new discovery on why it might not be working for some people 2/02/2024 Turns out, after you preform the setup for the mass release; when you get to the part where you release them one at a time, it's very important to release a pokemon that would normally drop grit pebble. I found success releasing higher level pokemon from lvl 10 to lvl 50. But the glitch didn't work when I would release a lvl 3 wurmple since it wouldn't leave anything behind when I release it. If anyone's has any questions or needs me to break it down better, please let me know!
I'm glad I saved beforehand! Completely fucked it up, got duplicates and after 2 times of it got nothing. Saved up every pokemom from start of game and just beat Daybreak to do this
I can confirm that having a "Special Pokemon" in the mass release didn't cause any problems. I got the popup twice because I selected two Phiones in my mass release, but the glitch still worked perfectly for me. Thanks for the step-by-step explanation!
Still works in September! Only thing I did wrong was I didnt catch a lot of pokemon, only releasing a single box in bulk and a handful of pokemon individually. However, still got 283 grit pebbles and 58 rocks. I reccomend what Josieewoo said in having the individual pokemon you release after the bulk release be over level 10, as anything below will not give grit.
I think high level pokemon have a higher chance of giving grit rocks. Also, I believe the first pokemon you release needs to be a low level, so it gives dust instead of something valuable. Then follow the steps like normal.
To be simple. Just release all the mons you want then exit the box menu but don’t click off the 4 options and just select one, release it and exit and keep doing that then youlll get all the mass released rewards 😅
Wow this is amazing, I just did this for over an hour and got so many things my storage filled up too, I didn’t think of that 😢 but atleast I have 999 in my satchel and 999 in my storage of everything except for the dust which I can’t use at this point anyway!! Thank you soo much 🙌🏼
Well some really low level Pokémon don’t give you grit. You don’t get stuff every single time. It’s just a chance. A high chance, but not guaranteed. So that could be why. Higher level and alphas have a much higher chance to give grit items
I didn't even perform the first part, releasing two pokemon individually with one being in between level 10 and 15, and it still worked for me. Now I have 999 Ultra balls.
I hate how they just left this game in the dust after releasing it. I guess they were making brilliant remake and Scarlet but still. No DLC, no updates, no new patches. Just so much potential and they left it to die. This was one of my favorites but I guess scarlet can be my new favorite :/
Ok there are a couple of things i discovered from this glitch 1⁰ you only can get the multiplication on pokemon with the level 25+ 2⁰ you do not undo the glitch if you not get the prizes from a lv25- pokemon you can just do it again 3⁰ if you acidetally press to realise a shiny or a legendary you do not undo the glitch and you can continue to select the pokemon to realise in the first part of the glitch 4⁰ i think discovered how to manipulate the one that gets replaced you have to select the first pokemon (the one before the level 10 - 25 pokemon) according to which one you don't want like if you dont want to get the grit dust select an non alpha level 1~24 (has a chance to be grit gravel) if you dont want grit gravel select a non alpha pokemon from level 25~49 (has a chance to be grit pebble) and if you dont want grit pebble first select a pokemon lv50+(has a chance to be grit rock) and if you dont want grit rock select a pokemon that is either an alpha or an +lv50 pokemon (has a chance to be grit pebble) So thats it thats all i know about this glitch hope i helped you guys :)
@@CWillyHD i think i discovered something else how to manipulate the one that you lose (the one that gets substituited) you have to select the first pokemon (the one before the level 10 - 25) according to which one you don't want like if you dont want to get the grit dust select an non alpha low level pokemon
They haven’t updated the game and it’s almost June 2023 and first time seeing this video. I went ahead and attempted it and got 999 in my inventory and 999 in my storage for grit rock. Selling 999 equals over 2 million lmao.
Did today, 4 boxes only ive made 2 million! Because of high lvl pokemon gave the biggest rocks(more value) thanks for this great info, such a game changer right here!!!
I know I commented in September, but they will never patch this, as it still works as of mid January. Just 2 boxes in the mass release, i got over a mind boggling 450 rocks and 345 pebbles, so I got extremely lucky this time.
All right! I get to have tons money right at the start and have smooth sailing for the entire game and I can actually enjoy the story.... What do you mean I need to complete the story to do this glitch?
This glitch worked wonderfully, the first time. For some reason it wouldn't work after I tried it for the second or third time. Luckily i saved so I didn't have to re-grind for all thise mons, but I can't figure out why it wont work now. I think it might have to do with the level range of Pokémon that I was using. Considering that I was using level 40-65 level pokémon + alphas, it might have made it so that the Pokemon I was releasing were to high level for the game to register multiple different items. Idk it just don't work.
For everyone who’s still coming across this video; Like CWillyHD has said if the version of the game is still Ver 1.1.1 then the exploit will still be working. This game is now coming up two years old so it’s 99.9% likely this game will never see another update… meaning this exploit will never be fixed.
Not really. Now with the Home Update, we can have the Legendary Pkmn in shiny transferred over. However using them crashes the game, especially shadow force shiny Giratina :/
Does this glitch work with pokémon from BDSP, SwSh, and SV? I have a ton of random pokémon from HOME's Wonder Trade, and I don't know what to do with them.
If you did the post-game daybreak quests then it will be unlocked, if it isn't then there could be some random quest you still need to do. You don't have to have the pokedex complete
Also, including high level baron mon like Rhyperior or Hisuian goodra makes for a bigger loot everytime. I've been doing it for over 3/4 minutes and got, enough rocks to up my EV on my whole team.
@@kaydonong6066 Yup. Idk if they updated the game since, I havent finished the main quest too, but yeah it worked. Be sure to have a fuck ton of pokemon, and favorise 2nd stage evolution, easier to catch. Catch barons too, the more barons you use in this process the more money you'll get. It's neat.
I found out why its not working, I was using low level pokemon like level 2 and they are not high enough to leave behide items most the time thats why this does not work with low level pokemon I used higher level like 10-30 and it worked fine
766,000 is NOT almost a million… but anywho. The glitch definitely works, and is fantastic. It’s just very very unfortunate that it’s end-game only. As that’s when I don’t need money quite as badly. In the early game I need so many more poke balls. But it was nice to just be able to buy as many balls and sticky globs as I need to go on long shiny grinds. As for awhile there before the glitch I would reset the game anytime a hunt didn’t work out, so I’d get my supplies back. As I usually got less money back from catches than I was using in supplies
I figured it out! you need to do the multi-release at the stables a few times, then you can go to Ingo and he’ll have the multi-release for whatever reason.
have you ever released pokémon in the game? I’ve seen a few people with that issue, but not sure how to ‘unlock’ the release multiple thing. the game hasn’t been updated since this video came out, so the glitch still works
Literally just checked on my switch, it still works, and there’s still the multi-select button when I talk to Ingo. Can confirm I checked for an update (still 1.1.1), so not sure why you don’t see the option to. Are you sure you’ve done all the missions needed and are in the right place? You just press X when on the screen with your PC boxes
@@CWillyHD Thanks for the reply, i just figured it out, i had to reales pokémon at the stable a few times then I went to Ingo and he had the release multiple for some reason
@@eonx-gaming3915 I'm pretty sure that means you don't have enough pokemon saved up. You have to have a few boxes saved up before you get the option to select multiple.
