GOD these cutscenes are amazing. I love how they actually interact with your character with dynamic camera angles and amazing graphics. I've got my hopes up for generation 8 next year!

I like how the poses they make are based on past battle sprites. Brock's is RBG with a shirt Misty's is Yellow Surge's is Gen 1 Erika's is Gen 1 but she's standing Koga's is Gen 1 with a mask Sabrina's is Gen 1 without the whip Blaine's is FRLG Giovanni's is FRLG I think it's great attention to detail.
This was really cool, all of the gym leader battles in let's go pikachu/eevee was really great. It's going to be great to play this for the Nintendo switch.😊 my favorite gym leaders from kanto are misty, erika and blaine. Everyone else was also really amazing too.😃
*fun fact:* *I’ve never actually beaten this game before, even though I played it multiple times. This is because of Koga’s requirement to fight him. So this time, I’ve been catching every Pokémon I see in order to actually be able to beat the game.* *God, I hate the gym requirements in this game.*
Interesting: Misty replaces Staryu for Psyduck. Plus her Starmie is still tough even if you have Pikachu Sabrina has Slowbro and Jynx...(reference in the manga that she alongside with girl Blue/Green fought Lorelei) Blaine actually has Magmar And Giovanni doesn't use Persian ...which kinda disappointed in that part, cause I always wanted to use Pikachu against it as an ironic joke plus it's the only opponent I am confident enough for Pikachu to defeat
Lt. Surge had me rolling when he hands you the Thunder Badge. The super effective sound and his facial expression had flatlined me! That’s me in a nutshell.
I've thought about introducing young kids (and general audiences) to the Pokemon series with this game. I've given the demo a chance and found the gameplay to be kinda fun. Erika is absolutely my favorite gym leader in the Kanto region. She also nowadays reminds me of Hieda no Akyuu and she does back too.
Totally agreed with you. It's an awesome way to introduce new children to this franchise as it would be easy and forgiving enough. Just watch out for those stupid PlayStation/Xbox fanboys as they boycott games for not being extreme hardcore.

It doesn't matter than its been more than 20 years. I still don't understand why Koga gives you the *SOUL* badge and Sabrina gives you the *SWAMP* badge. It doesn't make sense with their types!!!!

If you see the total time play when you finish the league, you'll realize it took you less than 24 hours. No matter how many days you divide those hours to play.
They kept the yellow color correct under Sabrina but I wish they would have given her the room with the fire lateens and creepy vibes just like in the show where she has her gym battles.
You know, a lot of us want Pikachu, I understand that, but a lot of us like Eevee too. Counting Veevee Volley and Pika Papow, Eevee has nine signature moves, while Pikachu only has four. So I should say Eevee is more useful. By the way, I used Eevee in every Gym battle and he never lost. Good boy, Eevee. Separately, I also have two Pikachus that are opposite gender. The male is named Pika and the female is named Chuchu. Pika and Chuchu are a reference to Red's Pika and Yellow's Chuchu from Pokémon Adventures/Pokémon Special.
Remember when in Pokémon Yellow Giovanni's Pokémon went Lv.55 ? That's too bad they didn't even bring Persian to the battle. Also, for some reason you did Sabrina before Koga. The 6th before the 5th.
I had such a hard time with Erika I was like 6 levels low, had no type advantages so I had to go on the route before and catch two vulpix and teach Eevee sizzle slide.
I accidentally skipped Sabrina's gym and got all the way up to Blaine's gym and then I realized that I forgot about her gym and all my Pokemon were almost level 60 lol
