People are talking about Ash vs Red, but I just like how they included Ash’s creative fighting style. It’s always a treat to see how Ash thinks on his feet and make use of a situation and his pokémon’s skills in order to turn things in his favor.
@@XenoXerosiX_SpXwhen he talks, it’s because he feels the situation calls for words, like when he assured Blue that they will always be rivals, or congratulating the player on winning the PML. So him saying “I’ll be waiting” means he’s really looking forward to battling Ash as much as we are.
@@dragonball51255 I don't know, Ash has traveled to every region by far except Paldea. And if Red sent out a Flying-Type like Charizard, Pikachu would have the advantage as an Electric-Type. The World's Strongest Trainer vs the Living Legend of Kanto? Ash clearly has Red right where he wants him. If Ash could defeat Leon, he can somehow defeat Red.
I am still waiting for the big moment. Can't wait. One of the questions I have been asking if Red and Ash were to coexist with each other, what kind relationship would they have? A brother, a cousin, a neighbor, or could know each other as Pallet Town residence, who knows. Maybe Delia has two sons.
neither actually Ash is based on Red so pretty much they're the same but different versions and Ash confirmed in the first episode of X & Y that he doesn't have any brothers or sisters

@@therealgamer911 main series game have Ash but different. All main game characters are red counterpart. Now Ash is Shonen character. Because strong personality and own characteristics make difference from red and others.
@@SR059 who the hell tell you all male protagonist are Red's counter part because they are not .. and Ethan already had battled red at mount silver , so clearly they aren't counterpart at all ... Red and ash & Gary and blue are each other game and anime counterpart respectively.. although Ash have satoshi, Shu etc manga counterparts as well , even he has his own manga story which is based on his journey in kanto and orange archipelago
@@ngantran3218 funny enough that was true for pokemon yellow in that game red was meant to be more like ash hence getting the pikachu that hated you at first and being able to get all three starters with one you get from a police officer like ash did

More than 2 yrs later… I doubt this ever gonna happen and I bet they just decided to leave it as a big tease… plus they never brought Ash back in the scout pulls yet they brought back That Red and Cynthia that came with Ash at first when that boi came thru… yea I knew it this wasn’t gonna happen lol even the boi being gone from the anime and all this time that passed by that they coulda used him in games more now that he done with the anime and that ain’t happened at all too… yeah the battle between Ash & Red ain’t never happenin… and what I think is weird the most of all is the fact that they brought in past Lucas and Dawn(from Hisui) to meet with they future selves(Sinnoh) face to face with how almost exactly the same they look yet they didn’t bring Ash and Red Face to Face while they had the chance back then 🤔
They could’ve made a non canon movie where ash battles red but it’s obviously not canon because of continuity issues and stuff like that and also ash is a variant of red like ash is red but in an alternate universe and blue is Gary and remember team rocket still exists in the main anime timeline.
One thing tho… Red doesn’t exist in his World and technically Ash is Red (Anime Counterpart) but if you talkin this Red in the game yeah uh that ain’t happenin either even if it do … neither of them would approach with caution… they’d be battlin it out like how they do since they’ve never met or known each other or even ever interacted
@@seanhealy8306 ok 👍🏾 well yea same as I said before… none of em would approach with caution… but even if Ash is World Monarch it doesn’t mean Red should approach with caution cuz tbh Red has an advantage that Ash doesn’t even know about plus the fact that this Red has been in the game world way longer than Ash has been is another advantage for Red too… cuz of how different the anime world is to the game world… it could be a wrap for Ash jus cuz of that
Ash just became World Monarch but Red was already established as a long time Living Legend, the Legendary Trainer, Battle Legend, Battle Master, and blatantly stated by the game as 'the strongest trainer in history'. So I believe it will be Ash who should really be worried when battling Red. Red was never defeated in 1v1 in this game and consistently one shotting many characters in the game. While Ash, he was more inconsistent. Immediately after crowned as World Champion, he was defeated by none other than Misty.
He would… only when he feel it’s needed… so not that he never talks… it’s that he talks extremely rarely cuz most times he says it’s not needed which is why he gives us the *dots*
You do realize that the games have referenced the anime as far back as Pokemon Yellow, correct? Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire have Steven reference Alain from X and Y. Anime references are all over the place in the games.
