The Battleships Race is based around the game "Battleships" where each player places 5 Ships (2 long, 3 long [two of these ships], 4 long & 5 long) on a Pokedex Grid in a horizontal/vertical line. Everytime a Pokemon is caught, the other player has to say if it Hit, Miss or Sunk their Ship. Whoever is first to sink all of the other's Ships wins the Race!

Shen muting when he found shiny Krabby and yelling “FUUUUUCCCKKKKK” a bunch of times was hilarious. Also, Chris you should pay attention more when Shen says stuff. He often accidentally subtly gives stuff away and neither of you seem to notice. Also, I actually liked the fact that y’all had to do the elite 4. One of my fav parts of these and catch ‘em alls is seeing what y’all run and the strats you use to get through the tougher battles!

an idea to speed thigns up drastically would be to make every catch an shiny explosion and shinies maybe upgrade them to 3x3 hits that would change the way u paly the game to resemble a regular battleships a bit more maybe add some more ships to not have the game too short xD

You should try one where you change up the ship sizes, unknown to each other, but are still limited to 17 pokemon. 5+4+3+3+2=17

2:33:25 or something shen catches a charmander as if it could be something, he does this very often that he says it's unlikely but could be despite it being diagonally connected to a hit, in battleships ships can't touch in any way so also not diagonally and as far as i know you follow that rule as well.

I've heard from Shen before on a previous game that ships can touch on the corners.

They actually CAN “touch” diagonally. They just cannot touch vertically or horizontally. You just rarely see them put the ships that close unless it’s for the memes.

@@OJuggernautO ok, that's their rules then.. as in battleship puzzels or the game ships cannot touch in any way including diagonal.

Idea for a race / vs.... Alphabet battle. You each choose 26 pokemon using only one from each letter of alphabet. But to save trolling can only use five single evolved pokemon from all 26 so you could still get info for the rest. Example you could use.. Abbra. Blastoise. Chansy. Dragonight. Ekans and so on.
