Hey Dan, I may have a solution for your bent cards. If you want, place your two bent cards (keeping them in their sleeves) under a lightweight book maybe on another book or hard surface. Nothing to heavy but something that could flatten out your cards after a bit of time. This has worked for my family when it comes to anything that gets slightly bent. Love the vids man!
Just put the bend cards in between some book pages and let them in a stack of books or other heavy objects. The pressure will make it straight again. It is worth a try!
Dan, you've probably learned this, but just in case, the plates for each type work for other pokemon, but they were made for Arceus, which is a mythical pokemon. Each plate changes its type, and there is 1 for every type. I don't know if you've gotten them yet, but throughout the region, some locked to post game, the plates are very hidden items, not showing up on the overworld. I had to look up a guide, but they're worth getting to prep for Arceus.
@@unfusedmolecule1649 ofc i do, like most v cards are not worth that much(execpt the alt art or the secret rares), but if it was a Vmax it would've been a different case. So the v cards he pulled is nothing, worth not more than 1-3 bucks maybe 5 :) Hope u understand
when i was younger in 2017 i would beg to get pokemon cards and I just wanted the cute cards, tbh I miss those tins and little boxes I haven't seen them anywhere since 2018 my favourite pokemon is umbreon so when I got a shiny umbreon I think I don't remember I was so happy
Dan thank you for making these videos for the community and for me, my great grandfather has recently passed away and your videos cheer me up. Thank you dan
I have a Japanese vintage Arceus Promo card that has glue marks on the side when my cousin gave me it, when I check how much I can sell it Max I saw that I could have sold it for at least 20-30 dollars and I've never been more disappointed.
Fun fact: Cramarant (IDK if that's how it's spelled) is based off of a bird named Cormorant. I have a pond in my back yard, and we get tons of ducks and geese. However, we also get cormorants. We call them proud ducks because they swim with their beaks in the air, like they are really snooty.
Honestly the way that Dan reacts to opening cards is the exact same way me and my little brother do to this day. Just goes to show that anyone can enjoy collecting
Yh the black bordered code cards in the newer ones like fusion strike are the hits, i managed to get 10 packs of fusion strike and i got a greedant v and a intellion vmax card 2 pretty good cards for 10 packs
