Between this and Splatoon, Nintendo has always been big on "what do you mean we don't have shooters? Here's a shooter right here!" Yeah you definitely don't need to mash the photo button as much as you do. You haven't run out of photos in the middle of a course yet, but I can see it happening in a later one if you insist on taking six photos of every Pokemon you see despite only being allowed to submit one. I would have album'd the Electrode picture at 13:49! It has a really cool framing, but unfortunately no Electrode picture could ever surpass an exploding one, so a cool shot like that would need to be personally preserved as Oak only saves the one with the most points. The "apple-like Pokemon food" reminds me of a really good bit from the Dropout game show Um Actually, about whether or not The Count from Sesame Street is actually a vampire. There is a legitimate argument (good-natured, of course) between the host and his fact checker about the fact that according to official Sesame Street documentation, The Count is "vampire-like".
True, you only keep one picture each. But I like having a selection to choose from. You never really know how they're gonna turn out until the end! Maybe the "apples" are actually donuts. Jelly-filled are my favorite!
