So Chairman Rose. Whoaaaa who saw this coming??? A shady man becomes bad guy oh noooo. Anyway It has been almost a couple of months since the game came out so I thought maybe it's time to make this remix since people have been asking for it for a while. Hope you guys enjoy!
Okay I'm going to be real, this is INTENSE. Like holy crap I don't think I've ever made something like this before and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out! So for this one I had the idea to mimic Mick Gordon's style. The guy who produced the soundtrack for Doom 2016, and that was kinda my referennce for style. I thought the original was pretty cool with its intimidating Orchestral elements but it needed something more to make it much more intimidating. This is the first time I surprised myself with this kind of thing because holy crap I think I finally got guitars right for once. It may not be absolutely perfect but it's definitely better than some of my earlier attempts. Trying to replicate such a dynamic instrument with midi is super hard, considering you can only have so many parameters to try to mimic a person playing the real thing. anyway,

Also Happy new year! Must be weird seeing the year "2020" in that upload date. I remember when I was a kid I was so weirded out seeing 2008 in the TV catalogues when new episodes aired in the new year. Yeah, 2008 I know I'm old. Look I'm an early zoomer so leave me alONE. Anyway My final semester is going to start in about 3 days and I'm pretty excited. By april I will be a sound production graduate and I can slap that onto my resume for some bonus points if I want to impress employers and all that jazz. Though for now, I think youtube and commissions are doing just fine so hopefully I won't need to resort to it for a bit. I'm excited, to what the future holds for once!
