@@adamj93 most tournament/games are run with dice now tbh, you just pick odd/even instead of heads/tails. ive been to quite a few events in the last year and only one used coins but they did allow dice if you preferred it
A 9 year old, just learning the game, he has a question. If a player is not allowed to attack on the first turn, why was the second player allowed to attack with a sting on his first turn?
You can have no cards left in hand if I'm not misstanken. The first thing you do each turn is to draw a card from the deck. However, if there are no cards left in the deck then you lose the game.
@@29396 wow so confused, cause at the beginning he says that the person that goes first can make the first meaningful attack. So the person that goes 2nd can actually attack first...but its not "meaningful"? what's the difference? what does this mean?
When a Pokémon is knocked out, does a benched Pokémon automatically become active? Player choice on their turn? Also if a Pokémon knocks themself out e.g. they damage themselves when attacking, does the opponent get a prize?
yes, the player whose pokemon was knocked out gets to choose which of their benched pokemon becomes active afterwards and if a pokemon knocks itself out, then yes, the opponent gets a prize card :)
It's getting confuse now. One in the comment told we can evolve as many stage we like in a turn but only to One Pokemon. The other one told we can evolve multi Pokemon either active or bench but only one stage per turn. Which is true. Im new in this game. And my son likes to learn play it. Thanks.
Each Pokemon can only evolve once a turn. A Pokemon cannot evolve in the same turn it is first played. Besides these rules, you can evolve as many times as you can
you can evolve as many pokemon (that are eligible) as you want, but each pokemon can only evolve once per turn (unless there’s a specific ability that says otherwise)
At 14.02 he didint have to discard his powerfull card as he told he dont have any other move and he must act. He could have still attcak his opponent even tbough it will not yeild any damage.. The rule never sayed u can't attcked it just says your attack will not result in any damage
The game needs to go back to the roots and stop with the cheap looking ex, gx,... cards. Also the holo should be like the early ones again, the new holo looks very bad.
