Played global Unite from 2 years ago. We need to use VPN to play with that in CN. Now, it is finally coming. The only thing I like (have played last beta and this beta), is network is very stable, less than 30ms all the time. Current version cannot compare with global version at all. So bad. Maybe there will be more players because Chinese players like moba and competition. Believe me, you won't like it if you played both.
I think they removed emblems because the held items have different stats. It's sort of a gacha where your energy rewards gives you dupes and you grind for the best held item Stat and then level that one up.

@KodexKat there is actually alot of balance changes in the Chinese beta. don't know if you payed attention to the gameplay of Blastoise or Lucario but Blastoise Ult got a big nerf to its knock-up duration and Lucario Bone Rush+ got its cooldown reduced to 6-4 seconds
