I think its absolutely ridiculous that Nintendo doesnt want us to mod their baseline basic BS. Skyrim etc have stuck around so long because Bethesda wholeheartedly loves modders and loves to see what people come up with. ACNH is so boring without mods its ridiculous

yes but in order to use mods you need to mod the system, modding the system results in alot of piracy.

The fact that it's boring speaks against New Horizons itself. New Leaf never was boring - even without mods. It was and still is hell of game.

Just in case anyone has trouble using the copy/paste and delete button, On my computer, I have to hold "shift" and left click in order to paste items. I have to hold "alt" and left click to delete items (or right-click and select "delete."

This is extremely helpful! I'm having an issue though - I downloaded sysbot and got pokercore to open fine. But then when I go to connect it to my switch via the IP, I can an error message that Sysbot is not responding. One thing that hasn't happened yet for me is the home button on the right joycon lighting up to confirm Sysbot is working either.

@@nepseru If that doesn't work, it usually means sys is installed incorrectly. Double, triple check your installation.

Great video! I do have 1 question. Is there a feature to edit bells in ABD or nook miles? I can spawn bells in my inventory, no problem. I can't do that with nook miles, sadly.

@@ariakyu there is a way to modify book miles and bells in your ABD, but tbh it's been so long since I've done anything ACNH related. You're free to join my discord server and check in the #nhse-support channel under the Basement category. You can use the search feature or ask and someone will hopefully eventually get back to you. I am having a problem connecting after typing in my IP address...it says to make sure I have the correct IP address, that sys-botbase is correctly installed or temporarily turn off my firewall or antivirus protection. I have done all of those things, but I still cant get it to work.

So weird, all the changes I make to my inventory in any way, just undos. I will add an item, and it disappears. I'll wrap my inventory, and it goes back. I'm definitely am connected, since it reads my map and what's in my pocket, but I'm unable to manipulate my game in any way. I managed to get an item dropped in map dropper but when I picked it up it disappeared

Can you do a tutorial on using the USB option? I haven't seen one and have yet to get it to work. I don't have the best wifi so a USB would be alot better.

I just modded my switch with the help of a YT tutorial and also created a EmuMMC. Do I have to adjust any more settings before playing the game? Im very new to modding and I want to avoid getting banned when playing online with my friends :))

There's no need for an Emummc. That's only for piracy and you can NOT go online on your Emummc unless you plan on getting banned in the foreseeable future. I recommend you redo your CFW with the proper guide and with the Synand route. As long as you purchased your game, you can use ACNH cheats online without any risk of a ban

so my computer(windows laptop) isnt able to stream bc the graphics card isnt able to(doesnt have a vid encoder) does this mean i wouldnt be able to properly run acnh poker? im about to buy a modable sworch but this would prolly be useful information before i do

Poker doesn't require a heavy graphics card to run. It's just a normal windows application

You're connecting too early before the game loaded up. Also feel free to join the discord server and ask in nhse support channel if you have questions

I forgot to ask, but since I've been modding my switch for almost a year now, my switch charger stopped working and I had to use my phone charger. And that only happened when I plugged it into my computer to mod it. Is this something I can fix? Or do I just have to keep using my phone charger?

Unfortunately not enough research has been done to know what flags and other game events have to be changed for that. So the answer is no without messing up your game in some form

Mods don't affect poker itself but it does affect sysbotbase which is needed to run poker since certain mods can cause memory shifts for sysbotbase

But I'm missing something between discord and poker because the bot and discord show my items being dropped but doesn't actually happen. I know there's a spot to click item dropper on poker but I'm unable to click it and I don't see it in the config files

You need to install sysbotbase into your switch for live injection to work. Not sure by what you mean by "working sysbot" though. You might be getting something else mixed up in translation

This video is specifically for people who have custom firmware and know that this program Exists. Custom firmware is if you have your switch modded. I have other tutorials on modding your switch. I can't talk about CFW in every modding tool video since installing custom firmware is not the purpose of this video

@@sirik.1147 yes a legit game on a non pirated switch that isn't using emunand. Then yes you can go online without any risk of getting bans while using mods online. Nintendo doesn't care about ACNH mods and never have banned anyone modding online to this day
