It is adjustable! I’m wearing it right now and you can unbutton it to adjust it. I don’t actually have a store though, I bought these in Paris and there is an NYC store but it’s so much more expensive than buying it in Europe

Oh yeah that’s definitely better than having to ship to Canada for sure! I just wish the US prices were more comparable to the european ones but it’s at least $100 more per bag!

Haha that’s how I ended up with two😅 but to be honest I wear the numero un a lot more than the numero neuf because of the color and it’s easier to fit more stuff in that one

Perhaps you should take a French lesson before you correct other people. You’re obviously can’t pronounce any French brands at all.

Dee Trigg are you sure you speak French? Poh-lean is the incorrect way, or the English speaker way, to pronounce the brand name. Poh-len is the French pronunciation.

Hi! You’ll need to take your passport when you’re shopping and let them know you’ll need the documents for the VAT refund. They’ll fill it out at the store and give you a paper that you’ll need to submit at the airport (there are specific areas, just ask at the counter where to find one) and they’ll either give you the refund there in cash, to your CC, or I did have to mail back a few and that refund arrived about 2 weeks later but they’ll let you know at the airport if they can accept it or if you need to mail it. We were leaving back to the US from Poland so we had to do it in that airport but I know Paris had a few actual places (Pablo Kiosks I think they were called) throughout the city where you could do the refund without needing to be at the airport. Just know that you can only do it once you’re leaving (if you’re continuing to travel in the EU you’ll need to wait til your departure)
