500 g brašna (tip 500) / 500 g flour
1 kašičica soli / 1 teaspoon salt
1 kašika ulja / 1 tablespoon oil
300 ml mlake vode / 300 ml of warm water
Smjesa / Mixture
400 g mljevenog mesa / 400 g of minced meat
2 kašike ulja / 2 tablespoon oil
2 glavice luka / 2 onions
2 kašičice soli / 2 teaspoon salt
1 kašičica bibera / 1 teaspoon pepper
2 kašike vode / 2 tablespoons water
Peći na 250° 20-30 min. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 250 °.
