For a perfect cut, there is advance option in automatically knife adjustment in Polar 115. But, if you want to manually cut then you have to adjust the knife by a 100gsm paper and down the knife manually and pressure adjust with angle bar. And always try to set up the knife pressure accurate for a better cut.
@@djtitan9239 Thanks for your comment. There are weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules which means you have to clean by air, grease, and lubricate the machine in a proper way. That will enlarge your machine productivity and longevity. Thank you.
