I like your video. I'm doing the same thing right now (same parts and carrier bearing) and was wondering about the bracket that is in the way of the grease fitting. Can you show a picture of what you did? I was thinking about just removing the tiny bracket. Seems like it's kind of a protection bracket for the old carrier bearing. Mines a 2018 XP 900 Crew, looks identical.
I drilled a hole through that bracket just large enough I could get my grease gun onto the grease fitting other wise you can't grease it. I would also recommend drilling a whole through the plastic skid plate so you can grease the bearing with out removing the skid plate. Sorry I don't have a picture of this, I haven't drilled a whole in my skid plate yet either, that was an after thought but I will the next time I take it off to grease it.
