Don't starve your high boost turbo RZR! AEM Performance Electronics has released the first true high-flow fuel pump for Polaris RZR XP Turbo UTVs. It plugs into the factory wiring harness and is a direct replacement for the OE RZR XP Turbo fuel pump and is built to withstand extreme duty, including supporting fuel pressures up to 115 PSI, versus the factory RZR XP/XPT fuel pump which has a crack pressure of 80 PSI. The question is, what does this pump do for a turbo model without any other engine work done? For example, should I buy this pump if I plan to keep my engine/tuning factory? Thank you for the great video as well. You guys should make more videos!

Quick question i have a 2022 rzr pro xp made the switch to e85 with a tune but i hate struggling with cold starts would this fit my rzr? And yes the pro xp models come turbocharged

Do you recommend changing the fuel pump fuse for a bigger one? I just installed the aem fuel pump into my 2018 xpt and it works awesome but haven’t changed the fuel pump fuse.

I have a question if I get that fuel pump and don’t want to use E 85 I can use 91 ???

Yes! you can use standard pump gas, race gas, ethanol, or even methanol.

It will not fit non-turbo RZRs

You don't need to install a larger fuse or a relay setup for this pump? I installed a walbro pump in mine and it draws 12 amps continuous. The stock fuse is only 10 amps.

This pump has been on this RZR for a couple of years (it preruns Baja) with no issues, but for insurance we have relay kits here: www.aemelectronics.com/products/wiring-harnesses/30-20-amp-relay-wiring-kits
