People don´t appreciate this videos until they have a problem with that part. I prefer to check this stuff before my ATV fails. so i know what to do . just in case. Greetings!! keep the good work!.

Do you have any tips on what I could try when #1 the pivot tip that goes on the main end of the puller is mushrooming a bit, tried just grinding a tip on end of that shaft to maintain center and the end of the shaft is failing because its on there so tight! Tried some map gas heat around perimeter of flywheel close to crank but still not budging! ?? I need to get that seal changed any help appreciated???? Thanks

@@MidNebraskaMotorsports Hey thanks for the tips and reply. I was definitely at my end with that flywheel, after trying heat, tapping and all manner of prayer, a idea struck me. I went ahead and fixed up the end of the puller shaft, and made sure my 3 attachment bolts to the puller weren't compromised, I tried again. This time letting the air impact go as far as it could, then went for a can of brake clean and I sprayed the end of the crank shaft for about a minute using half a full can of cleaner. Then I put the hand breaker bar on the puller and gave it one last crank and presto! The freezing of the shaft w the brake clean shrunk the crank just enough that it did give way. Definitely was the toughest pulling issue id encountered in my life. Thanks again for the knowledge you share as it helps a lot seeing things done 1st hand. God bless.
