Hey I need your help. If you remember can you tell me what offset your wheels are and if you had to use any spacers at all. I just put the same tires on mine but with RZR 1000 wheels and the tires were hitting. I put 2" spacers on and I'm still hitting the front bumper bracket when I turn all the way. I also have the forward a arms.
They are from an 05 I believe. I had to pull the stock hubs and replace them with hubs from a newer sportsman. To accommodate the axles from the arms pushing the spindles out a bit.
So did you have to use newer sportsman axles or where you able to use axles from your year? I'm doing a build like this and you have given me so many ideas now. What did you do wit the rear ?
@@knoxkinsey2929 all you need are the a arms 2006 axles 2006 hubs and that’s it they will bolt up I suggest getting new bushings for the rear a arms so it will ride nice when all done
Reaper ATV I wonder if it could have been that it was on a jack.. I sat it on the ground and the front a arm plastics stopped rubbing.. I have to get new front axles though, the old ones were dry rotted bad.
