Hey man. Just got a 21 highlifter 850. Running 28" inlaws. I don't ride hard in mud mainly trails with occasional small mud hole. Think this diff will last?
My front diff lasted 40 hrs with stock 29.5 outlaw 2 tires. Got it warrantied the first time. 2nd diff lasted 50 hrs. Then i just did the RZR 900 diff myself Because warranty just takes too long to get things done.
Let me add, ive had the rzr900 diff on the bike for about 120 hrs. I had to replace the main pinion bearing once. (Was making noise) and the pinion gear seal. But the diff is still strong and gears are 100%. Been sendin it with the 34” nators since i got the diff no problems. Rhino 2.0 axles up front have been good to me too.
How long did it take for your snorkels to come in? I’ve had mine ordered for a month and haven’t heard anything but I’ve seen reviews that says there’s took a long time
Where do you find aftermarket headlights? None of the ones I have been finding don’t say the fit a 23 Highlifter 1000, most either stop 21/22. Do you know a good place to get them
@@FriZZaZ I custom made mine. Those are $20 flush mount led pods off amazon. Cut the hole into the stock headlight, sand and spray paint the clear plastic gloss black and mounted them. Cut the back side open and splice them to the existing headlight wiring.

Just ask And as far as welding goes im not a welder or a fabricator i just enjoy working on my own projects and i do my own work when i have the spare time. I just have a cheap harbor freight welder and learned how to weld by trail and error haha. This video is 2 yrs old i had talked about making brackets back then which i did buy i no longer make them sadly as shipping costs and time it takes to make outweigh the profit.
ds18 NXL-PS6BK i got em on amazon a while back. if i was to choose a new setuup i would go with 8" kickers instead. louder speakers that run at higher power.
The bumper comes stock on all sportsman highlifter 1k. Im sure you can find it for an 850 online if thats what you have. It should bolt right on. And the light bars i got on amazon lol
These speakers included a flat mount, drill some holes, bolt it up. I didnt do any measuring i just tried to make it some what even. Im not picky. As for wiring, the amp is under the left side of the lower radiator shroud. Speakers are wired up to that.
