I have an issue, i have one and i am stu k on a “ welcome “ screen. I changed batteries back and forth while also inserting and taking out the sd card and i get the same blue welcome screen. Any advice on how to fix this?

unfortunately I don"t know the answer to that. I found out there is a restart button on the opposite side of the SD card slot. try that and lmk if it doesn't work :)

@@emie320 I fixed mine yesterday, take out the batteries for a minute place them back in it and hold down the on button for at least 39 seconds. Also this camera is very picky about batteries so make sure they’re new and use the brand DURACELL

Take out the sd card then turn it off and back on the it will take you to the setup screen . :)

hey! I'm trying to get the photos to my MacBook pro-2020 I think, do you know how to get it to my MacBook? the cord it came with doesn't fit into the slot? should I buy a attachment that will fit into the slot?

Yeah if it is a micro usb to usb a cord and it doesn’t fit your computer then yes you have to. Otherwise if you have an sd card slot you can transfer them that way.

Yeah it’s a little hard to get open not going to lie. But you have to push and slide it to the left. I hope this helps :)

@@deathslayer1653 k got it and I don't know where to get memory card but I put only batteries where to get memory cards and my front camera kinda looks different from yours and how to delete photos and when I click on RU-vid button it says no files exist sorry if too much

Unfortunately you cannot hear sounds on the camera itself due to the absence of a speaker. But you can upload it to a computer via usb cable.

Yes it does. It is on the photos you take by default and can’t be changed.

Yeah you could say that. They aren't the best but they are good for the pictures that the details don't matter. This camera mainly expresses the waterproof part and not the quality of pictures. But to get the best pictures you need to be in well lighted areas like outside. Lmk if there is anything else you need to know.

The camera in my video doesn't charge. It takes batteries. If you are talking about another camera. I would try to find an online user manual or search the web for more information.

With this camera unfortunately you cannot put the photos onto your phone. But you can transfer your photos onto a desktop or laptop via sd card or the micro usb cable included.

i've done i think almost everything there is, i've went back to the store and replaced it and even the batteries, i've took everything thing out and later put it back in to reset it, but even now it says "sad card not ready" i honestly guess people just get lucky with this camera at this point 😭😭
