Why didn't YCP complete it in the last 5 years or explain his fault immediately after the diaphragm wall submerged rather than saying the project will be completed by 2021, then 2022 or 2023.

Neither CBN nor YSJ can make mistakes in Polavaram construction since those decisions are made by the engineers with the support of Polavaram authority. They are there to pay the money in advance and get back that money from the central govt. Also, if CBN made any mistakes in Polavaram, then YSJ should have released a white paper on it immediately after coming to power (2019) and not now. If there is a major problem in Polavaram construction, why did the YCP govt. say it will complete it during its tenure (though changed the completion date several times)?

Though he is well educated, He is just talking nonsense about this project and not able to come out of the caste politics . Your presentation looks very good and logical. But unfortunately our media is controlled mostly by Kamma caste and publish/show distorted picture about YSR CP government progress regarding Polavaram project. This popular media spreading false and misguiding information about YSR CP and confuse general public. The present TDP leaders looking ways for maximum percentage in to their pockets, instead of doing good to project. This is very unfortunate situation in AP.

I may not agree entirely with what you have stated. But you have done a commendable job in bringing out truth by digging so many sources and collating. Now I am convinced that there are serious gaps in CBN's report on Polavaram. One thing is for sure, Polavaram is an ATM for both TDP and YSRCP
