Today's episode is about diving into the process of finding a rhythm to a song and using solid concepts and elements as well as branching off and finding new ways to transition out of them. This is what goes on in the practice sesh of a pole dancer. For me it's a lot of repetition, invention (AKA, pleasant surprises!), and then improv from there!
