Having a hard time making out the words, but I can definitely confirm that it is not Pizza Hut's logo. I also watched a playthrough done in MAME and at that point in the track, there's a cocktail that is crossed out instead on that billboard. There may be some legitimate product placement in the original version though, but it's not that billboard on that race.
