UPDATE❗️WOW… I didn’t expect to receive soOoOoo many messages about these Polene beauties! I’ve already responded directly to the 2 people who reached out first - one for the nano and one for the mini! I was initially planning to keep one for myself 😅 but I’ve decided to let them both go, because I’d rather they be used and enjoyed properly! Being able to re-gift these two bags makes me happy. 💕 Thank you to all who messaged me. What a lovely and meaningful gesture to give away these bags instead of keeping or selling them, both are fine, but giving them away to a better home is just that extra special and shows how beautiful a person you are! Have both these bags and love them (for the mini, I knotted the metal chain on the inside to convert it to a draped top handle like Chanel 19 9 and attached an adjustable leather strap to wear as a crossbody - works a gem!) XO

I understand the intention to try something new, but sometimes the classic/neutral colors are what make us more comfortable and maximize enjoyment. I’m rooting that you get a black one! 😀

I have the nano in the exact same color! I got it early this year and really enjoy using it this spring and summer. I think the name of the color "Lilac" is absolutely misleading and leads to wrong expectations. But it fits really well into a wardrobe with lots of neutrals and pinks.

Ughh I’m so conflicted. I ordered the tricolor nano size, but the clasp was sewn on crooked. When I contacted customer service, they said it wasn’t a defect, so I just ended up returning it. It was a pretty disappointing experience as I’ve been looking at that bag for over a year. I’ll be taking a break from the brand, but glad it works for some people and I still think the shape is adorable.

It’s so funny that you compared the nano to the Chanel mini- I wanted a mini but with the price increases and quality issues I sort of gave up on the dream. Then I saw the Polene numero un nano and fell in love. I also love the minimalism of the brand yet how artistic the designs are. I now have two, one in black and one in camel and am in love. I highly recommend the black one- it looks great with everything! I’ve received so many compliments from strangers and was even stopped on the street by someone wanting to know what brand the bag was. I still love the timeless look of Chanel, but my Polene will just have to do!

I find the magnetic closure gets easier after many uses. I initially have problem like you said, but now it’s bearable. And I don’t snaps the button when I’m using the bag as I don’t find it easier to take out things from the bags. Also, I find this bag is heavier than Celine pico though they fit the same amount.

I have the backpack version and wish it came with a top handle. That said, the style is still cute, just a little small in terms of what it can fit. Glad I got it before it was discontinued. 🙂

I have the Numero Un Nano in Cognac. I love it but it isn’t an everyday carry for me. It’s a little too small. During the week I need to carry two large cell phones plus my daily essentials. I found that the strap is too short (I’m plus sized) so I took it off. You have to angle the pegs in the strap to get it off. I’m using a strap that I got off of Amazon. I also added D rings to the included strap as well as strap extenders to the original strap in case I want to use it.

I purchased the Un Mini in Paris and wish I had waited for your review, the chain is not comfy, gets wrapped in my hair and closing it is fussy, so I will have to pass it on to someone☹️

Hi. I actually mention at least twice in the video that these bags were gifted to me and that’s why I am re-gifting them to my subscribers. I wasn’t sponsored by Polene (meaning, I wasn’t paid anything to make this video) and I did indeed choose these colors on my own. I don’t know what other RU-vidrs are doing but I’m always transparent and upfront when anything is sponsored (which again, this was not) or when items are gifted by a brand (which these were). I think you may have just missed the times I mentioned this in the video because I was quite explicit.
