Body camera footage released by the Columbus Police showed officers responding to a chaotic scene in the Short North after 10 people were shot in the early morning of June 23, followed by a brief, unsuccessful high-speed chase.
Police haven't identified any suspects in the shooting, though the driver of the car that fled was charged with obstructing official business.
Deangelo Fuller, 19, of Groveport, turned himself into police the night of the shooting. Based on the bullet casings police recovered from the scene, investigators said they believe at least four shooters were involved in the incident that happened about 2:30 a.m. on the 1100 block of North High.
The victims range in age from 16 to 27. All survived.
