Over half the areas in the country having had no burglaries solved for the last three years, and then three clowns sent out immediately for a bloke with a measuring wheel. It’s no wonder they’ve lost public support.
The wheel is clearly an active threat that can easily be neutralised. The burglars are long gone and would actually require some detective work therefore beyond the means of today's Police force.
Once again the self appointed authority of these people is astounding. The way they walk up and expect members of the public to answer their questions is insane and narcissistic.
I'm going to complain about the enforcement officer. What you were doing wasn't illegal and he and the pcso had absolutely no grounds or authority to question you.
Or to use the excuse of "Suspicion" for their actions when in fact Suspicion means "a belief without evidence or fact," so they were in fact harassing him.
that jobsworth for the council needs reported big time. it wasn't because of the wheel it was because you put the jobsworth in his rightful place which was a nobody but still one that needs reported.

They dress up like police and think they can act like the police ! 'Enforcement officer' ... what the flip'are they anyway ? Clearly used to bulling people that do not know their rights.
Having the title Enforcement Officer makes them feel important. To them it makes up for the peanut wages they get paid. They probably hope to be PCSO one day.
You are right about dressing like the police. I have always said that civil enforcement officers and security people should dress accordingly. Their uniform should consist of a bright yellow oversized coat, size 14 boots coloured red to match their big bright nose.😂

Burglary = zero interest, can't get you off the phone fast enough. Filming = tracked by cameras, followed enforcement goons, 2 squad cars with 3 PCSOs, stopped questioned, harassed.
Always heartening to hear a foreign accented policeman I love it, and I'm sure the citizens of the country he's from love having foreign accented policemen.... (in reality not even allowed to join the police)

it's great when puzzled plod try anything. Can you remember the invisible dog toy from years ago. Solid lead with a collar attached, it'll totally freak them out when you tell them someone might have stolen your pet.
ALWAYS ask a pcso for their designation card. Any pcso without their designation card is not an acting psco and any offence you may have committed could be null and void even if a real tyrant pig turns up. We the public are entitled to hold it read it but must hand it back.
