Dear Reggie, Please now make an application to the courts for a " DECLARATORY JUDGEMENT " on the matter of the DWP interfering with your right to peacefully measure, without hindering or bothering anyone else, floors, walls, doors, ceilings etc' in places which are publically accessible. A declaratory judgement is like a mock trial where you put your case before a judge with all of the facts and evidence that you would put before a real trial so that based ONLY on the facts & evidence provided to them at the time, thay can give an opinion as to what they think your chances of winning your case would be if (with no new evidence or surprises) you filed an official cause of action with just those facts and that evidece for real !!! ..... We all need to know whether measuring in publically accessible places is allowed or is NOT ALLOWED ! ... Thank you 😎👍
