Big Nick - this was one of the best thought out and executed examples of what to do... by declaring he was threatening and intimidating, taking a step back, and showing repeatedly he keeps coming at you after numerous times repeating this pattern, will go VERY well in court to show his intimidation... this meets the legal definition of assault, you put a bow on this for an attorney... wish we could have seen how it ended...

God know what they would’ve told the court, that the dude was processing a threat to them. Thank god you recorded this for your safety and for the court. Yassss I've been watching him for awhile and and learn so much about my constitutional rights and how do handle police officers by just watching his videos. So imagine if he held classes on how to properly conduct yourself when a police officer approaches you. that would be nice I've already had my right violated a few times. And im only 20. His videos could even be in a human rights classes in high school and teach these kids something they could benefit from in life. Including up coming officer's. Great video. When bully cops keep advancing on an auditor, I wonder if it wouldn't be a good tactic for the auditor to stand their ground, and then if the cop makes physical contact fall backwards onto the ground and cry out in pain that your back is wrenched. I'm thinking that would open the door to a lawsuit against the city that would result in a significant settlement which would hopefully lead to policy changes at the police department.
