When you catch police breaking the law they'll offer you money to drop the court case against them and it's called an "out of court settlement" and is standard practice but if you break the law and offer them money not to take you to court it's called bribery, which is a crime. I am against tyranny. I have been the victim of police corruption on various occasions. If i heard right, she hasn't paid rent for over two years ffs. I would hardly call her a honorable woman. I wouldn't cross the road to support this woman, she's taking the piss. If the people responders are support cases like this, i don't want no part of it. I will only support genuine cases of extortion and tyranny.

I can tell you right now no missing a heart beat, their paperwork isn't in order, when it really IS in order, they don't stop and talk, they go in hard and fast! The fact is, those cops all know what's going on before hand as they're all colluding with before they even arrive. We need more hands on deck into the legality of their paper work... like the cop starts talking about the eviction amd he points out "during co"n"vid they changed the legislation" .... which just screams the same words as "you have to stay closed or at home or get jabbed" which all turned out to be illegal! sorry but refusing to pay even a contributory rent fee has caused this situation. Give the home to someone who pays their bills. This is pseudo legal territory and ultimately the things that this group asserts so confidently seem to be coming to nothing. This group are not lawyers and are running on their own interpretation. Sure, get justice for people but don't mislead people or give false hope by being misled yourselves.

@@sabretruth-936 No, not rich at all. Very minimal savings, worked in manual industry all my life paid my bills and what we have is paid for. Been forgiven a few 'debts' and had help too. But I can identify BS when I see it and when I was younger I hit a wall and worked to pay my debts £100 per week till they were paid in full. You've badly misjudged me and I doubt you make much useful contribution yourself.

Steven the cuck, who I would imagine works for some organisation that receives government subsidy. So he and the likes of his pals in this vid i.e. council workers, bailiffs, police, courts magistrates etc etc are using hard working people’s money like me and many others watching to fund a sh*t show like this and then for the copper to suggest that he is by law to facilitate the eviction. What law is that I wonder? I couldn’t care less about a bit of unpaid rent. Especially when council leader and mayors receive massive bonuses - paid from our pockets. How much this would have cost to organise will outweigh the debt and that’s the kind of illogical practise I’m not willing to fund. All of you government workers need to start paying us hard workers our money back because this ain’t we’re giving you money to do. That horrible creature in the brand new Audi, paid for by taxpayers money and they’re talking about an individual who’s not paid rent. All driving brand new cars funded by the likes of me and all the other hard working people in the country. Makes me sick.

Didn't owe on mortgage. Sheena's passed away now, bless her. Not the first time they've went for the most vulnerable. I would agree with you otherwise.

This was going on for two years the lady made arrangements to pay in court and hasn't paid anything . This is her own doing she gets benefits and part of that is for rent to pay her landlord who still has pay the mortgage on the property . We only get to see half the story when all options for a solution to resolve it have failed

I have watched islington council turn on a penny and evict people. Usually they illegally stop paying social rent then evict you. If this happens to you, get legal advice mediatelly. The council usually turn up to court and back down to avoid being sued and have to pay back rent before you enter the court. In fear many people do nothing and lose their home especially the elderly.

Seems that the Police are assisting a possible illegal bailiff with dubious paperwork to break into a property, whilst the case is still in court. SO the question is, who is committing offences? Yet when it is pointed out to the Officers, they ignore the laws that they are supposed to adhere to.

The case isn't still in court. A possession order and writ of possession have been granted. An N244 application to set-aside the possession order and stay execution does nothing until the application is granted by a judge. It's just a pending application until that point.

The so call trustee although was told that HMRC had made an error those devils did not stop. I have tried getting support but they couldn't handle the crooked system. With all due respect, this happens all over the world, if you don't pay there are consequences. The enforcement officer in this video is one of the more respectful ones from what I've of him in other videos. Evictions are never pleasant, someone always suffers in the end.

That's just Banaman's misunderstanding of the law. High court enforcement officers can use reasonable force to enter the property and use reasonable force to remove any occupiers when executing a writ of possession.

Mark has been doing these videos for a very long time now, one common thing in every video is telling the bailiff they are acting in a fruadulant manner, telling the police they are breaking the law and could face 14 years in Prison. So with that in mind how many of these bailiffs and or Police Officers have faced criminal proceedings because of an eviction? I will give you a minute to think about that..... but my guess is a big fat ZERO

So either nobody gets convicted of illegal activity because there’s a big conspiracy… or because they’re not doing anything illegal. I noticed the lady said that the high court writ that they produced was 2 years old. Just from a basic internet search it states clearly A High Court Writ is valid for 12 months. This will start from the date that the notice of enforcement was served. Creditors can also apply to have the Writ extended if necessary. Was there any confirmation from the court that the writ had been extended. We are clearly living in a time where the people charged with protecting us are actually being used to commit piracy against us and are deliberately undertrained so that they can commit crimes against we the people and the courts system are involved in ensuring they do not charge or convict these officers aka enforcers pretending to be constables as they're a private army of pirates. The people need a greater force than the police to ensure that law not legal takes place as we are mentally/women and not corporations.

They work for banks and councils which are organisations that require our money to exist. They come with the cliche response of what if someone didn’t pay you your rent but I haven’t seen them carry out one eviction for a private landlord. They say this to get you on side to deter you from realising it’s our money that’s paying them, the police, the courts, bailiffs commission etc etc. It’s our money they’re proclaiming to be chasing but we haven’t instructed them. Sophisticated collusion from big wigs using our bloody money. Wake up people.

Hi mate, I hear ya....... but theres something else going on here. Cause from what i gather, when someone is evicted certain paper work needs to be provided but from what iv seen from multiple videos for some reason the paper work isnt right. And this is being told to the police and im shocked to see that they are still supporting the bailiffs even though they are not using legal paper work. How on earth can this happen. I normally have absolutely nothing to do with this kind of content, but I can see here that something is going on that is very wrong and it cannot be ignored. Alarm bells are ringing here, cause this kind of thing could happen to any of us at anytime. So i cant see whats going on here and do nothing. I am going to highlight this to someone who is in a position to highlight this to the right people. I will come back here to advise asap, hopefully later today.
