If you can, leave the body as the rusty Charger, but make sure all the important parts (suspension, engine, cooling, etc) is all performance parts (like an in-progress classic restoration project car) so that it drives well, but still looks like the unfinished rust-bucket project car... A sleeper car. All rusty and beat up on the outside, but performance beast lurking beneath the surface.
In 2:47 you spoke about the new tunnel right? Well it does lead to the sewers which lead to another tunnel to the construction site and that pretty much is the most cheating way since nothing basically going to stop you edit:in 14:30 that is where your typical placeholder for something mainly like the Radio (either with or without the screen) also with the AC controller since i notice you can't do much with the AC without it but aince it is a old racing covet, the carbon plating is there to serve a small but quite important purpose:simply is just to reduce weight, tho why not keep the AC since just to feel cooled (even tho the front side windows are missing in some racing purpose built car since to avoid a specific issue where when you crash and tried to get out but the windows can't be opened and the only opportunity is also gone before the race "actually even after replacing the normal seats to the racing ones"since they have one thing:headrest, those can break the windows if use properly)
