I live in Canada and my dad's friend was pulled over and said he was late getting home to his wife. The cop asked to talk with his wif and what here phone number was then went behind his car for a bit. He came back a couple seconds later and said "yah you better get home. I'll let you off with a warning".

Lol I'm Canadian, and the canada chase made me laugh, could you imagine the conversation after the RCMP got him/her? Police officer: sorry sir you we speeding, I'm so sorry. I'm going to have to give you a ticket, im sorry. Runner: I'm sorry I ran, my poutine was getting cold and my beer was getting worm, sorry Edit: thanks for the heart, it means alot!

In 1996 a guy in Japan was chased by police for hours. They would have left him alone if it weren't for the fact that he was driving a stolen 4x4, kidnapped his own children (I think 2), armed with a rifle, murdered a guy and firing at police as well as smashing through roadblocks. @@carlaparker4482 basically in italy there are 2 police forces, the first one with the blue car is the state police (Polizia di Stato) and the second one with the black car is a Military Police (Carabinieri) that, other than the military power, has also the same functions as the state police
