We need an update of this: "100 out of 100 media reports of 'UK wide riots' involve no riots in Scotland!" (Usually 'the Far Right' fail to materialise in England too.)
What is more shocking is that this guy is advocating for vigilantism. I don't know how he can remain in such a position in the police. Who will take responsibility if something goes wrong? That's the police nowadays, instead of acting, they advocate for doing it yourself. Mate it's your job to determine if a person needs help or not, and not individuals alone. What a joke.
When you have people calling to ask them to change a lightbulb, or because they have no internet, this is the result. THAT is what he is advocating for, when hes saying “sort it out” they mean “have a word with yourself”. These people clog up the 999 lines. They delay people in real need of help, actually getting it.
