Also investigate why someone comes all the way from Malawi to be a labourer in SA while locals don’t get employed

As much as I have sympathy,respect and compassion for our foreign across the borders Africa workers the big challenges were the frustration trying to guide them for accuracy and precision work,not to take short cuts,hurried tasks and the failure to take and follow instructions in order to get high acceptable standards and quality of work...😮😢
