Надо успокоится, пройти углубленное обследование в специализированной клинике, не в коем случае не сдаваться, искать другие способы зачатия ребенка. Nam I hurt for you but sometimes after a test you probably can have a child but you have to realize that you just got married and sometimes it takes a while. They probably made a mistake on something with the test or a test got mishandled and you got a false negative , please have some faith but talk to your wife she can help you go through that, you don’t need to suffer all alone and Phan is very understanding and remember when you were talking she said that the test won’t change anything.
