This is horrible. He should be arrested, and her parents. Thankfully the government stepped in to protect this child. I hope they continue to protect her and other children from these marriages. She should be allowed to choose a mate when she is an adult. Right now she is a child and should not be forced into a marriage no matter who the man is.
