Officers on patrol in Southwest Philadelphia found a gunshot victim from a mass shooting that took place in the area of Kingsessing Avenue and 60th Street on July 4. Meanwhile the city is cleaning up from celebrations across the city, while other parts of the Philadelphia region have not had their fireworks shows yet.

I work often at a Verizon site 5650 Chestnut St during early morning hours 2-6AM. Arriving for my shift it is not unusual to see 2-4 police cars sitting in back parking lot for hours. Probably until their shift is over. While shootings are happening every week. People getting killed. Think maybe patrolling while you’re on the clock would have an impact?? It can’t hurt. Thoughts??? Call the car #s into station?? Ask them directly what the hell they’re doing there?? I don’t think that would go well. Public servants hiding from their duties. Disgraceful

@@thomasharrison6614 Unfortunately in most democratic cities like ours the cop's hands are tied for a lot of reasons and the public has no idea its happening, soros backed da's and public "sevants" were on board to defund the police, which is the stupidest fukin thing thats happened to Philly, NYC, Chicago, Portland, Oakland, Baltimore, Detroit and the list goes on. I talk to so many police officers every single day while I'm down at city hall and the rules are way different they are not allowed to do patrolling the way they once were that is why major blue cities are in chaos imploding. People have got to start waking up and my brothers and sisters need to get away from the democrat lies that have been destroying the black family and so many inner-city folks lives. Wake up get of their democratic plantation. Do some research and learn about their true intent. @@myway2653 don't be bamboozled. The cops here and in most major democrat cities hands are tied. The rule of engagement have changed. They must allow the anarchy to take place because of the soros days that have funded to destroy inner city life once and for all. Look it up. Chicago Baltimore nyc Philly Detroit Atlanta Oakland etc. They catch a release criminals and scrutinize the good guys into oblivion.
