This was a mission that I struggled with when I first played this title. This was the mission that made me realize not to be hasty and take it slow. Understand that you may not get through the whole level in a day but take it in sections. Plus this is where I say SC1 is the most difficult title in the series as the only way to get someone's attention was to throw an object, jump in a certain spot to make a noise, or take out lights to distract. The F2000 isn't available just yet, so no Sticky Cameras.
