At times the bridge between an IPS and OR is always difficult. May be because of the two poles apart training they have. Unlike Indian Armed Forces where Officers are trained with men more than their superiors. That is how leadership is born. Model Police Station's don't help much during IPS training, the officers have to shred off their pseudo image and be with OR men more often.

I had a very very bad experience in puducherry....i was travelling from Bangalore to puducherry.. Thieves were inside the bus.. They took laptop ..iPad.. money ..many didn't knew about that in bus.. Once we got down we came to know that's all the things are missing.. When we went to puducherry police station they just didn't listen.. They just didn't care.. They said go where the thieves got down from bus... If we knew who was the thieve why would we let our things to go.. So irresponsible.. Ignorant and arrogant... They don't deserve to be a police I felt

I appreciate the initiative - but in is such a corrupt nation nothing will happen its all a waste of time - instead of just talk catch some corrupt police people and punish them in public and throw them in jail - that will never happen so only I say all this is a waste of time. Most people in government service are there only to grab benefits from government and protest for more salary with lesser work - such a shameful community we have around us - there are a few exceptions but most are low grades
